Another marketing surprise
For the coming christmas holiday, we've booked a hotel in Holland. They had a really nice offer with 4 nights, entertainment for the kids (including a cake workshop!) so we booked a few weeks ago.
Just yesterday, we got a letter from this hotel. Since they celebrate their 30 year anniversary, we get an extra night, including everything plus live music, for free!
This is of course quite a nice surprise. How different would this have been if we would have had the offer '5 nights for the price of 4' when we booked. That would not be so special. But now we feel like we're part of a Special Event and we get something extra for free.
