Online payment trouble, part 3

Since I will be cycling in the Pyrenees in May, I decided to order the Pyrenees DVD at Tacx.com for my Fortius. It can never hurt to practice.
Tacx handles their payments via Paypal. After logging in there to do the payment, the system said my credit card was expired (which is correct) and that I should add a new credit card. So I did. When clicking 'Add Credit Card' however, paypal said that this credit card was already added to my account. Please add a credit card.
So, I can not pay for this order, because my credit card is expired. But I can't add my new credit card information, because Paypal thinks it is the same as the old one. It has the same number, but a different expiry date.
It's amazing what you have to go through to order stuff on the web, sometimes..

Online payment trouble, part 2

Next I ordered some gadgets at Futurumshop.nl. When going to iDeal (the online payment system of my bank), I clicked the wrong account to be debited so I clicked Cancel in the next page. The payment wasn't completed, and Futurumshop.nl reported this.
I did the order again, going to iDeal, this time completing the payment from my account. Got a confirmation at Furutumshop that everything was ordered and should be delivered in 2-4 days. So far so good.
Then I received not one but two order confirmation emails. Apparantly, Futurumshop thinks I payed both orders. Let's see what gets delivered. I payed only once..

Online payment trouble, part 1

Sunday is a nice day for some online shopping. I ordered a Maradona DVD at dvdwinkel.nl. Upon completion of the payment however, I was sent to a non-existing address. The result is that my bank account was debited (I can check that with online banking) but that the order at dvdwinkel.nl still reports that it hasn't been payed yet.
So I filled out the contact form on their web site. When submitting, the screen stayed blank.
So I clicked the 'Check payment status' link on my account page. It gave me an error.
In the end I did find a working contact form. Let's hope they do get in touch. It doesn't get much worse than this.
