If you run Netscape on a Windows (3.x or 95) machine, I can recommend the InterVU Free MPEG player. This plays the movies as they are downloading, and allows you to replay them and save them to disk afterwards.

If you have a Macintosh, please get Sparkle (1107k hqx file) to play the movies.
